Cette année scolaire fut à nouveau riche en mobilités au Lycée Clément Ader de Bernay. 25 élèves de Première et Terminale bac pro ont eu l'opportunité d'effectuer une PFMP de 4 semaines à l'étranger pour « vivre » la devise Erasmus+. Direction la Sicile, Malte, Barcelone ou encore Dublin. Ils ont été accueillis dans des structures associées à leur filière comme des charity shops, des hôtels restaurants, des boutiques spécialisées dans des accessoires de surf ou encore des entreprises dans le domaine de l'informatique. Un mois loin du quotidien pour découvrir un nouvel environnement, enrichir ses connaissances professionnelles et personnelles et surtout gagner en autonomie et en assurance. Logés en famille d'accueil ou sur les lieux de stage pour les hôteliers, nos élèves ont tous salué les bénéfices d'un tel séjour et sont prêts à renouveler l'expérience dès que possible.

Mobilité à Bruxelles

Comme le prévoit le dispositif mobilité Érasmus , nos lycéens ont rencontré et partagé du temps avec des jeunes porteurs de handicaps au sein d'une association ainsi qu'avec des lycéens bruxellois. Ils ont pu aussi approfondir leurs connaissances sur l'Europe et aller à la découverte de plusieurs musées.

Ayant fait le constat que dans le Bassin d'Education et de Formation (BEF), situé dans un milieu rural, l'ouverture à l'internationale était très peu développée, nous avons décidé de mettre en place un projet de consortium en faisant appel à candidature. Tous les établissements de la maternelle au lycée ont été sollicités et nous arrivons à l'heure actuelle à une dizaine d'établissements. Effectivement promouvoir la mobilité des personnels, encourage la mise en place de projet de partenariat ; Nous avons déjà pu constater des mises en place de s projet au sein du BEF, synonymes d'un dynamisme amorcé.
Le lycée Clément Ader est le porteur de ce projet afin de faciliter la gestion des mobilités. Il apporte son expertise dans la gestion du projet.
Notre volonté est de poursuivre sur cet élan en facilitant la participation à des mobilités d'enseignements, des cours structurés et des stages d'observation et en accompagnant leur diffusion.

Le projet ENVIE 3 prévoit des mobilités de personnels, stage d'observation, du Bassin d'Éducation et de Formation Bernay Pont Audemer.(5 lycées, 4 collèges, 1 école)Il s'inscrit tout naturellement dans la démarche académique de formation des
personnels et dans le cadre de l'ouverture internationale du projet académique. Il va permettre à des personnels du BEF , d'effectuer un stage d'observation, une mobilité d'enseignement ou un cours structuré vers 16 pays différents soit 25 partenaires européens avec des partenaires ayant une expérience consolidée des projets européens. Turquie ( Istanbul, Konya)-Irlande-Hongrie-Roumanie-Espagne-Portugal-Norvège-Slovénie-Grèce-Finlande- Italie - Autriche et des nouveaux partenaires Chypre, Lituanie, Bulgarie, République de Macédoine du nord, Ile de Madeira, Ile des Grandes Canaries
Ce projet vise à développer les compétences professionnelles et linguistiques, mais aussi à améliorer la qualité et la pertinence de l'enseignement et surtout à inciter à la mise en place de nouveaux partenariats pédagogiques à tous les niveaux ( local, académique, national et international)
S'engager dans la mobilité en tant que personnel, ne peut qu'accroître l'envie et la promotion de la mobilité pour les élèves.
Aller vers de nouveaux horizons et découvrir les réalités professionnelles d'autres pays européens ne sera que formateur pour tout le monde.

Entitled « ENVIE 3 », our project aims at providing mobility opportunities for professionals within the Formation and Education Area (BEF) of Le Neubourg Pont Audemer.( 5 high general, technical and vocational high school, 4 secondary school, 1 elementary school) Deeply rooted with the academic projet, which is specifically dedicated to international links, it is complementary with adult training programs provided locally.
The ENVIE project will allow teachers and administrators of the BEF to plan jobshadowing , training course, teaching mobility in sixteen European countries, with experienced partners in European projects. Romania, Turkey (Konya-Istambul), Hungary,Greece, Slovenia,Portugal,Spain, Norway,Ireland, Italy, Finland, Austria and news partners Cyprus, Lituania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Madeire Island, Grand Canaria Island
The main goals of ENVIE is to increase professional and linguistic knowledge, to raise the quality of teaching and mostly todevelop new pedagogic partnerships both within the schools of our area and with foreign actors.
Participating in a mobility program will allow teachers and administrators to build new programs for the pupils and to interact with European partners more easily.
Broadening our horizons and discovering other ways to teach will be a powerful tool to encourage the mobility and curiosity of our pupils. We strong believe it is the best possible way to widen our array of action towards out students.

LOL CAT va permettre à des élèves de premières et de terminales BAC PRO de réaliser une période de formation en entreprise en Europe. Il s'agira d'une des 4 périodes effectuées sur les deux dernières années d'une durée de 4 semaines. Et pour la première fois nous envisageons des mobilités d'études pour lesélèves chez
nos partenaires au Portugal ( hôtellerie et restauration) Pour les personnels, il concernera les enseignants , la vie scolaire et les personnels administratifs des domaines industriels et tertiaires ainsi que l'hôtellerie et la restauration et ce sera des stages d'observation afin de transférer des pratiques utilisées, de travailler sur la pédagogie différenciée et l'évaluation de compétences et l'inclusion ; des mobilités d'études en Roumanie pour repérer les pratiques d'inclusion et des cours structurés sur l'utilisation des outils web et applications libres dans l'enseignement et des mobilités d'enseignement en Turquie, Hongrie et Espagne
Cette prochaine rentrée sera importante pour notre établissement, en effet, nous allons proposer une section européenne en hôtellerie, en plus de celles déjà existantes en électronique et en commerce.
Nous avons une expérience de mobilités à Jersey , en Angleterre, mais nous souhaitons vraiment développer le volet européen de l'établissement. Ces mobilités d'élèves et d'enseignants seront un point important pour le projet de l'établissement et pour les axes du projet académique.
Nous avons choisi l'Irlande,l'Espagne, la Grèce, la Roumanie, le Portugal et la Hongrie , notre réseau de partenaires européens
Nous faisons cette demande pour toutes les filières de l'établissement. Nous faisons la demande pour une durée de 4 semaines en entreprise et nous ajoutons deux mobilités d'études pour amorcer ce type de mobilité.
Ce projet sera mené tout au long des deux années comme l'a montré le calendrier de gestion
L'un des axes de l'établissement du projet étant d'encourager la mobilité au sein de notre établissement pour les élèves et pour les enseignants, effectivement l'établissement étant situé dans un milieu rural, où la mobilité n'est pas fondamental.
Nous espérons- augmenter le nombre de mobilités des jeunes- permettre aux jeunes une intégration professionnelle plus facile-développer des compétences professionnelles et linguistiques-encourager la mobilité.

LOL CAT consists in enabling students in their two final year of Nbtec to do their last work placement
in European companies . It will be a period of 4 weeks. And for the first year, the students will have studies mobility in Portugal ( Digital system and cooking and catering)
For the teachers , it will be the industrial and tertiary sector teachers, staff, it will be a jobshadowing to transfer pedagogical practicals , assessment , skills, competences and inclusive school in Romania, Teaching mobility in Turkey, Hungary and Spain and training course about web tools in education
This school year, it will be very important for pour lycée. In fact, we will ask a new european section in Cooking and Catering , we had 2 other europeans section (electronic and retail)
We had experience of mobilities since 2012 in Jersey, since 2016 in England but we want develop the european part of the school project.These pupils and teachers mobilities will be very important for the school project and for the axes of the Académique project We choosed Irlande,Spain,Turkey, Romania, Portugal and Hungary our european network
We build this project for all students who would like to do a mobilities. It will be for 4 weeks in companies , and we added a studying mobilities for students to develop this
This project will be manage during 2 years with the managemen calendar.
One of the axe of the project is to encourage mobilities in our school for the pupils and teachers, indeed our school is located in a rural area where the mobilities is not fundamental.

Le développement technologique le plus en vue au 21éme siècle est la robotique les appllications et l'intelligence articficielle.
Se former entre pairs et en échangeant de bonnes pratiques ce projet nouss permettra de consolider nos formations sur la thématique.

One of the popular development areas of technology in the next century, the interest in robotic technology is increasing day byday in our countries. Within this framework, the spectrum of robotics technologies is increasing. One of these areas is undoubtedly education. The competence of the staff in teaching robotic technologies is the most important deficiency in this field. The introduction, teaching and development of this technology to our students will be possible through the training of qualified and experienced teachers who have gained competence in this field. To eliminate the lack of knowledge and awareness of the teachers of our schools in this field, one of the primary fields of study of the next century is to learn the robotic technologies and coding which is one of the working areas in the foreground. While developing the skills by adapting ourselves to the new learning areas as institutions, maintaining the balance between the need for change and our past values, developing the skills of teachers and students in the field of intercultural education and encouraging the development of awareness for different cultures are the basic principles we have adopted in the of Europeanization. Taking the principle of equal use of opportunities, it is important for our students to realize that they are individuals who can express themselves and know what they want in contemporary conditions such as their European peers.
In this sense, it is expected that the teachers working in the schools of our partners should be aware of the current education practices, adopt the process of Europeanization, recognize the education system in Europe and compare them with their education systems and obtain positive learning outcomes for themselves and be the role models that can use technology effectively for their students. Our project will contribute significantly to the future strategic development of our institutions, to be able to use technological activities effectively in education processes, to have education personnel who include technology to
educational processes and to share their experiences as guiding the other education personnel and institutions in their countries through this project.
Our project consists of 5 LTT activities. In each of the LTT activities, the teachers of our partner institutions will work on
different applications (Lego Ev3, Scratch, Mblok, Arduino, Mobile apss) and on coding with sets. As a result of these studies, technical-digital skills development, analysis and data collection for 80% of the participants ; 80% is expected to develop
language skills, 100% will have critical thinking and active citizenship levels, and 70% will develop analytical and research skills. Teachers will integrate the outcomes of these studies into their curriculum. They will also set an example for other
schools, institutions and stakeholders with local activities. Local studies are as follows ;
Creating an e-platform, creating an effective innovative teaching e-tool to be called RANDC, testing and implementing it in the field of open education.
Coding tools book in education : A coding book will be created with the information obtained as a result of the project experiences.
With the Coding Days Event, parents will have quality time with their children, family-child interaction will increase and they will turn into digital producers from digital consumers. RANDC mobile app : The mobile application, which will include all activities to be carried out within the scope of our project, will be prepared with our partners. Coding games : With the participation of the students in all our partner schools, the games will be designed and the e-platform will be shared.
As a result of our studies, the expected effect in the short term is that we use innovative method techniques and prepare course materials while transferring our course contents and achievements to our students on our return to our schools through the strong learning outcomes that we have gained from these trainings, and we are expected to contribute positively to our learning ease and diversity of our students. Using the traditional methods of teaching robot technologies, leaving the teaching through boring presentation, will make it easier for us to make effective teaching by exploring the talents of learning by doing, learning by experiencing, having fun with learning, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
The long-term effect is,which is expected after the successful completion of our project and with our partners that our institutions are to gain a respectable identity as an exemplary school in the light of our activities in the field of robotic
technologies and the experiences we have gained.

The project ,,LOVE MY CITY" reunites 6 schools from France- coordinator, Austria, Denmark, Norway, Turkey and Romania partners.
Our project motto is Alvin Toffler message : "The illiterate of the 21st century will not be the one who cannot read or write, but the one who cannot
learn, deviate and revive. Those who can do this are tomorrow's leaders.”
This partnership offers students and teachers in our schools the chance to learn together and exchange examples of good practice about the use
of new technologies in community life, about healthy eating and well-being, about religion and beliefs as defining elements for social competence,
about traffic safety, the inclusion of students with special needs in city life and the protection of the environment and the use of renewable
resources.
Our project resulted from the application of a SWOT needs analysis in each partner school and aims to train students and teachers the skills and
competences for 21 cc and prepare students for better life in their cities.
The past few weeks have shown us how important is to use technology in education, to give students a chance to be connected with school and
teachers in crisis corona time and normal time in life and how important is connection with people all Europe to find a common solution for this
problem.
As a result, the students and teachers participating in our project will acquire computer and digital literacy. This implies analysis, approach,
management, integration, evaluation and creation of information in different environments, in a context of cultural literacy by promoting local
values in an international context.
The GENERAL OBJECTIVES of the project are to develop 21 century skills and digital literacy skills for students and teachers, to prepare the
students and teachers to become active, competitive and involved members of the community of the cities in which they belong.
The project is planned to have 24 months duration. There are planned 6 LTTA, 3 for students (4 students and 2 teachers from each school- 4
days) and 3 LTTA for teachers (2 teachers from each school- 5 days).
1st LTT France, October 2020 ( 2 teachers per country ) : Smart city - the new technology in my city life
2nd LTT Austria, December 2020 ( 2 teachers and 4 students) : Transport in my city
3rd LTT Turkey, April 2021 ( 2 teachers and 4 students) : Religion and faith in my city
4th LTT Norway, December 2021 ( 2 teachers per country) : Life of people with special needs in my city
5th LTT Romania, April 2022 ( 2 teachers and 4 students) : Healthy food and well being in my city
6th LTT Denmark, May 2022 (( 2 teachers ) : Renew and Green energy in my city.
The total number of direct and indirect beneficiaries is more than 2500 students, teachers and parents.
The final product will be the E-book ,,Digi competences for life" will provide for teachers and students from our schools and for another schools
interested, example of good practice and tutorials who will teach them how to organize online lessons and digital activities with students in school
or from their homes.
Tangible results of our common work are : online lesson plans ; tutorials about ICT tools ; scale models as examples of using alternative energy ;
multimedia posters ; about social issues (terrorism, refugees, wars), healthy lifestyles ; newsletters ; logo ; calendar ; promotional materials ; project's
Web site ; E- book of the project ,,Digi competences for life" ; articles published in the media.
Impact :
This partnership is expected to have impact at students, teachers, parents and community level and to broaden school curriculum focusing on the
development of 21 cc skills and the integration of European methods and approaches in the education.
The partnership will establish a successful beginning of a long-term cooperation and an international network between teachers from this 6
schools their professional and personal development.
The active and collaborative learning represents the base of the methodology used in implementing the project.
This partnership is expected to have a wide impact at all levels and to broaden school curriculum focusing on the development of transversal and
soft skills and the integration of European methods and approaches in the education process.
The partnership will establish a successful beginning of a long-term cooperation and an international network between teachers and students
across Europe that will undoubtedly stimulate their professional and personal development.
The project's European dimension will have a positive impact on the atmosphere from all partner institutions. The international cooperation will
increase the sense of my city identity and of belonging to a united European multi-cultural family.
At the end of the project students, teachers and parents, the main beneficiaries, will be able to proudly exclaim, Love my city, Love my country,
love Europe, the family for all of us !

MOBILITÉS ACADÉMIQUES DDFPT EUROPÉENNES

Le projet MADE, Mobilités Académiques DDFTP Européennes prévoit des mobilités des DDFTP au niveau Académique . Ce consortium est constitué pour l'instant de 6 établissements, 2 lycées professionnels, 3 lycées technologiques et professionnels et d'un CMQ associé à un des établissements. Il s'agit de stage d'observation, pour découvrir et comparer l'équivalent du poste de DDFTP dans 3 pays européens pour l'instant. Il s'inscrit tout naturellement dans la démarche académique de formation des personnels et dans le cadre de l'ouverture internationale du projet académique. Ces stages d'observations se feront avec des partenaires ayant une expérience consolidée des projets européens. (Hongrie-Portugal-Norvège)
